As disappointing as that sounds, that works out great for me. I asked the guy at the comic book store to put aside all 3 covers for me but I didn't tell him that I couldn't make it down until next week. Now the Serenity comic comes out the same day as part 2 of the new Angel mini series and I can buy everything at the same time.

But is a delay a bad sign?

The Dark Horse website still has the release date of the first issue as tomorrow. If it's not going to be out for another week, isn't the day before a little late to notify people? I mean, the comics should already be in the mail, shouldn't they?

That has since been changed. Dark Horse http://www.darkhorse.com/comics/upcoming.php now shows it coming out July 13.

Wow that was late notice. Here I was hoping to get my copies in the mail or go on a comic book store hunt tonight.

Oh well I guess I can wait one more week. Are all the others delayed now too or are they still on schedule?
