Gay marriage should be legal, and everyone needs to watch Michael Moore movies to see the truth about the USA. And one more thing. We better start being nice to France, they ROCK!

I am very glad that the Boston Whiner lost But you have the right to complain about Kerry losing. At least as long you voted.

As to Micheal Moore he needs to really understand that his 15 mins of fame are over.

Then we come to France. France needs to get all the Karma they have made for themselves given to them at once.

Sadly I'm ready for an eternity of Neocon gloatfests, as the democrats will never control any aspect of our government so long as our voting system is as corrupt as the republicans have made it. Hey read this:

http://truthout.org/unexplainedexitpoll.pdf

There's tons more proof out there.

I love it that everyone has to resort to character assassination to discredit Michael Moore. Whatever you think of him personally, or even if you disagree with his views, he presented allot of facts to the American public that the mainstream media won't touch.

I wasn't a big fan of John Kerry myself. I mean the guy voted to go to Iraq based on the blatantly obvious lies of our Neocon President. If you want to say I dishonor the troupes, ask yourself how honorable is it to kill people based on falsified intelligence about WMDs, and pipe dream connections between Bin Laden and Hussein. Ack! Kerry had no clear plan for getting out of Iraq.

Even with all those flaws, I still think a Kerry presidency would be better than Bush’s. If Kerry were president, would the value of the dollar be sinking? Would the richest 1% of Americans be reaping HUGE tax breaks while the deficit spins out of control? Would the veterans services budget be cut by over a billion dollars? Would Halliburton win contract after contract in Iraq all the while fleecing the American tax payers out of more billions of dollars? No matter what your political leanings you still breathe air, and the Bush administration has practically been at war with the air you breathe, by relaxing, ending, or making ‘voluntary’, all regulations that are there to keep the American people from getting sick from pollution. There’s some good articles here:

http://www.bushgreenwatch.org/index.php

Gay marriage...Uh the separation of church and state comes to mind. If two adult, voting, tax paying Americans say they love each other, and want to get married, then they should have the same freedom and benefits heterosexual couples have. Conservative Christians have no right to get in their way. Anybody is free to think it's sinful, and to tell everyone what an abomination they believe same sex love to be. They just should be mature enough to realize that freedom even applies to people they disagree with. Since it's impossible to prove gay marriage harms society in any way, there should be no government interference with it. Not allowing gay marriage is oppression of minorities pure and simple.

So I guess my view on the topic would be “I respect Michael Moore, would rather have John Kerry as President than George Bush, and gay marriage is A.O.K. with me."

Oh, and 'Demoncrats'. Give me a break.

AH yeah the Republicans were behind a 40 yr rule by the democratic party of both houses of congress.

You do remember congress???? That's the body that makes election laws... Actually ALL laws. Both parties have are on the Fed. Election Board. Both Parties worked to keep campaign reform from happening.

I'm really talking about the Dieblold machines. You know...the Republican company that built the Republican vote counting machines that "counted" in a republican way, the votes in all of the swing states universally in favor of the Republican canidates . Even though the exit polls clearly show that the 'stupid' American people thought they voted for someone other than what the republican count counted. Sometimes ther were more votes for Bush than there were registered voters in the county. It was that blatant.

I didn't even imply that the Democrats were the good guys, only that the Neocons were more bad. I just think the Neocons were better at cheating, and are more willing to do anything to win. The Democrats, or even real Conservatives I can respect, like John McCain, are left in the dust, because they sometimes have ethics and morality to keep them from gaining power.

Many a dead man voted for Kennedy versus Nixon. I heard that gravestones decided the election in Boston in 1960. Hey, and Nixon actually believed in universal health care, unlike Bush. Nixon actually wanted to put an end to poverty in the U.S.A. unlike Bush. Not even a Democrat would campaign on those issues now. Democrats aren't the good guys in my mind, they're just the better guys most of the time.

See the essay i linked to in my othere post for those vote counting shenanagans... Is that how you spell that word?
Here's a quote from the makers of the Republican vote counting machines:

In a fall 2003 fundraising letter sent to Republicans, from Diebold CEO Walden O'Dell:

"I am committed to helping Ohio deliver its electoral votes to the president."

-E-voting machine maker Diebold is based in North Canton, Ohio. Via earlier news items published mid-2004 by CNN, CBS, Mother Jones, and others.

I reread my post. I could totally see how you could misenterpret my opening paragraph as ignorant of the existence of Congress. To clarify, I'm not talking about campaign reform, and both parties rejecting democracy. I'm talking about vote tampering. Which there is plenty of opportunity, motive, and proof of in the last election on behalf of the Bush administration.

And I still think Gay Marriage is A.O.K.

Welcome to Chicago where we vote early and often. If there is all this voting fruad by republcians alone where did the concept of Chicago being a democratic stronghold with voting fruad being reported for over 4 decades.

You want to cry about how badly republicans are and I see the other side commiting these fruads but somehow they are not overly reported.

Right! The re-election of President Bush is what the majority of Americans wanted. Get that, majority, as in most.

That means it was the tyrannical minority that wanted John F. (for French-looking) Kerry to be president!
