I just sent the file to a bunch of people. Those that don't understand bittorrent or have been having other download issues can email me at priscellie (at) gmail (dot) com, and I'll pass on the file. The song is fabulous!

Thats shiny of you Priscellie, I've also put the track on my web site. Please only use it if you are having problems in using the torrent.

If you don't know how to use torrents then please do, its an amazing technology. - http://www.bittorrent.com/ - http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Bittorrent

Here's the song - http://www.squared.ukfsn.org/mal_song/

The lovely human being known as zeitgeist over at Whedonesque.com has set up a mirror for old Mac users that can't get BitTorrent to work, such as myself. It's in the comments.

Me again - okay, here's a question: When the computer asks me what program I want to open it with, what is the right answer????

You need to right click the link, and the "save link as" to wherever you like. When it downloads, it should play over whatever your default MP3 program is... Quicktime, Realplayer, WM, MusicMatch, iTunes, etc. Otherwise, just select whatever one of those style programs pops up in the window whem you click the filename.

When I do that, it asks me which program to open it with. I've tried both Windows Media Player and Real Player, and both say they do not have the software to support it. There must be something tricky about these torrent files, or there is the obvious - I'm absolutely computer stupid!!

Ah... that's the rub. BitTorrent is bad, at least for people like me that love using my workplace's cable connection, but have old crappy Macs that I wouldn't trust to run Torrent, plus the whole my boss kicking my @$$ for piracy....
My method works for the direct MP3 download, which you can get at the mirror sites that have been posted here or by zeigeist at whedonesque.com....

And make sure you say thank you, since I'm sure the webhits are insane.

I have a feeling the file Anfa is dealing with is the .torrent file, which will only work if you have bittorrent installed.

For those who are not bittorrent-savvy, I'd highly recommend getting the .mp3 file from someone via e-mail or the mirror mentioned above.

Oh, by the way: exceptionally awesome song. Many thanks for the wonderful tune and the wonderful voice.

Incredible! Michelle, you have such an amazing voice - I can't wait to hear the rest of your stuff! And let me add to the many others when I say, 'Send it! He'll love it!'

DPWAC - bless you for the link to the MP3 file!
