I need the Papyrus/ Serenity logo font.

I would very much like to get the papyrus font used in the Serenity logo. The only downloads i can find want me to pay over $30 for. I think that's a little extreme for a font.

Anyone know where i can download it for free?

Damn - just checked the link where I thought I got it from and it's not there anymore.

I thought I could just email it to you but seems I can't....who knew fonts could be so tricky?

Everyone says you can use a font called "Nuptial" and it looks practically the same. I have it, and I got to agree.

That's the one that looks like the Firefly title font....Papyrus is the font for Serenity.

I found a place that will let you get it for free, until they figure out what we are doing anyway. Hope it works for everyone who wants the font.

I have looked into the fonts and there seem to be different "Papyrus" fonts around. Look at the one linked here and the "commercial" one here:

, the large "E" is quite different, for example.
And NEITHER font is the exact font of the Serenity movie cover. Look at the details.

I have to agree with Storch. It is different. But I ain't complainin' too much. It's pretty damn close right? It's the closest thing i've been able to find. So as I said, no complaints here. i havent found 'nuptial' yet, but I'll look.
