He tucks the stem behind her ear, arranged in her hair delicately, flashes a small, distant smile as he shakes his head.*

*The gaze he holds, intense, something burns behind the ashen eyes, a blue fire, something Powerful and Inextinguishable. Finally he closes his eyes and slips his hand from hers, fingertips catch, he slowly sinks into his chair, lost in thought.*

**Static ducks and weaves the massive Sereni-TREE with the equally massive Emmacraft attached to her . . .handling her as easily as if she were a one-man fighter. His crewmates blast away with quad lasers and missiles as he heads screaming back towards the lake to collect his beloved and Pyschicriver. He notices the power levels from the engines spike and he grins, realizing that his old friend Grey is back, and while possibly a bit worse for wear, is putting his priorities in shape by fixing the gorram engines. Working this hunch, he keys the comms to Engineering.
Grey, it's good to have you back. Needleseye and Jet were worried sick about you. 'Specially Needleseye. And if you two don't hurry up and quit tap-dancin' around a smooch, I'm gonna lock you both in the broom closet!!!

*Just then, a rogue Evil Creature advances, pointing a wickedly deadly firearm in cozen's general direction.*
