Maybe...
Indomitable
or
Resilient
But whilst these spaceships, and other great ones which come to mind, such as the Galactic Fleet Battleships — the GSS Daring, the GSS Audacity and the GSS Suicidal Insanity — are all spoken of with awe, pride, enthusiasm, affection, admiration, regret, jealousy, resentment, in fact most of the better known emotions, the one which regularly commands the most actual astonishment was Krikkit One, the first spaceship ever built by the people of Krikkit. This is not because it was a wonderful ship. It wasn't.

The only thing I would ever name that is a building I’m sure will always remain stationary.
Then again I’m … me.

Great firefly name:
"Golden Nandi" (for the romantic amongst us)
or possibly "Nandi's Randy" (possibly jaynes take on the same concept)
"Oh my god. What can it be? We're all doomed! Who's flying this thing!?" (deadpan) "Oh right, that would be me. Back to work."

Actually, there already is a Slave 2. Seen in the Dark Empire comics (from the 90s). In one of the Young Jedi Knights novels Fett was flying Slave 5 (which implies the existence of 3 & 4).

Well, aside from
Complicated Childhood
I'd name a firefly class... something like...
well i cant think of anything... so more Firefly jokes for me... though i'd probably just call it Pheonix (spelled wrong damnit)
So...
Deathtrap
Hera
Duck Hunt
The Knowledge-is-Power-and-Power-is-Corruption-and-Corruption-is-Crime-and-Crime-Doesn't-Pay-DOH!
Shadow
Independance (though it'd get my ship in trouble... if anyone asks, i named it after a southern town somewhere)
Hypocrit
The Arrogant Cod (sounds like the name of a bar)
Independant Dreams (or, on that note)
The Dream
"Some people juggle geese!" -Ancient Chinese proverb.
