Not to sure of the actual deal that Sci-Fi made.
And serenitymovie.com is essentially an ad site for the movie but it has a link called "Join the Browncoats" which will enter you into another Browncoat community like this one.
Oh, and play Cantr II at www.cantr.net.

Symon - welcome to the boards - the nature of things here is that a lot of what the newer fans are posting has already been answered, and so whilst you may get a few posted responses, some threads do dry up - not that new fans aren't shiny and all, but usually the first Browncoat to see a thread like that can (as I see has happened in one of your threads) bring the new user up to speed pretty quick.
Try taking a look around some of the other threads, although be wary of the spoiler marked ones! Its an odd period - the trailer came out and there seems to be more activity on the site, but equally some of us are shying away from threads that may drop a spoiler.
Anwyay, that's a rather longwinded answer - but welcome.
