Hi all,

I just wanted to let everyone know that after some PC troubles over the last few weeks, I had a complete crash. Power supply died and took the motherboard with it

I don't think I've lost any data, but I can't be sure at this point.

I have the replacement parts as of today, and am going to start rebuilding my system.

So, until further notice, production of sets has stopped. I was caught up as of Sunday night, but anything coming in since then will be delayed. I will post again when things start up again. Hopefully it will be before the weekend.

Hello All,
I have just recieved my DVD's today!!!! It appears that I was able to get my copy just before TRS80's crash.....I am sitting at work thinking which one I will watch first???? Should I watch them in the intended order??? or watch the ones I havent seen before???? I want to thank TS80 for the great service. I was a little wary of doing this, but PayPal was no problem and I recieved my set two days after i sent the money. My 55" big screen and Sony DVD player and 500 watt surround system are waiting!!!!!! SCORE!!!!!!

We have a Toshiba DVD player (model SD-6200) and the disks play beautifully for us. We had a great experience ordering them from trs80 and we adore
watching our beloved Firefly!!

Thanks again trs80!

Cook it till it's done

'Just want to relay my experience with TRS80's DVD Set. Superb video, audio is pretty good. On my system (Denon 3802), audio playback seems to improve when using Dolby PL II or 5ch Stereo options instead of direct Dolby Digital.

Also, the DVD-Rs play fine on both my Panasonic RV-30 (2 1/2 years old!) and Panasonic XP30 players.

TRS80: Great work on the menus and many thanks!

Hey,
I don't know how exactly these boards work precisely, to be honest this is the first time I'm not just your friendly lurker in the shadows, but I was wondering how I can the DVDs mentioned above, depending on when they become available. If you can let me know via e-mail I'd appreciate it. neonarniaguardian39@mac.com is my address.
Thanks,
Neo

For if Narnia is to be regarded as a world made of words where anything is possible, what is the Internet but the Neonarnia of our age? Who therefore will be the guardians of these brave Neo Worlds where the possibilities are endless? But with possibilities comes dreams and with dreams come nightmares.
Someone must hunt and destroy the Neonazguls (the nightmares and evil of Neonarnia).

Hi everyone!
trs80 - I e-mailed you Saturday re: procuring a VCD set. I didn't mean to bother you. I only read the first part of this thread and just today saw that you were having computer trouble.
If you do have any plain sets left please contact me off post at your leisure.
Thanks
Bekx

Hi all,

I've replied to all emails that came in over the weekend.

Unfortunately, Real Life (tm) stepped in this weekend and I didn't get a chance to work on my system

I will start working on it tonight, and hopefully will be able to start working again on Wed.

For those of you who had orders in prior to the crash, I did manage to get some sets burned on a friends machine which should cover your orders. These will go out Tue or Wed.

Don't hesitate to contact me with questions. trs80@cornerpub.com I only have access to email from work, so don't worry if it takes a day or so to get a reply from me.

Hi trs80

Sent you an email earlier this week without reading all the way down this thread. Sorry about your computer crashing! Would definitely love a copy of the dvd's your making. Sounds like you did a great job with them. If it is gonna be a while that is okay. I have already been without Firefly for a few months now. Send me an email when you can. Thanks a bunch!
