I'm pretty sure I read somewhere that those were unfinished prototypes...doubt they would sell much in their present form.

I remember the head sculpts were lousy, but can somebody link them so I can feel absolutely vindicated in signing the petition?

Hi everybody --
I've been a site member for awhile, just started getting involved in the forums.
Anyway, I looked at those pictures and the action figures are indeed quite ugly -- so ugly that it's kinda hilarious... until you wonder how many people would actually buy "action figures" of such idiotic-looking guys. Whatever happened to Mal's chin?

Sure, they're not THAT ugly, I suppose. But the technology and skill exists to make figures that look EXACTLY like the actors.
And the better the figures look, the better the chances are that people will buy them. And the more people that buy them, the better the chance that the NEXT wave of Firefly figures will have Book or River or Kaylee or Wash, etc... and maybe, if we're lucky, we can get a whole crew on our bookshelves.
And I'd like that very much.
