I have no idea. I just called up to enquire about day tickets for the "Quortoth" event and got no answer.

Don't worry bout there being nothing on the website! Just keep ringing! I had to press redial about 20 times before I got through. Use the same number as the one for Prime and Quor'toth. I've got my tickets! Woo hoo! I'm so so very happy I think I might burst!
