12:25 PM Does "sold out" really mean sold out? Rumor has it there is a glitch with Fandango where it will tell you "sold out" after the ticketing process but is not actually sold out -- if it is actually sold out you will be told that after clicking on the 10:00 PM showtime.
Here is a list of cities with links to buy tickets. The tickets will say they are to "Special Advance Preview" instead of Serenity. Many are currently showing as sold out, however, there are rumors about possibly upgrading some of the sold out screenings to larger rooms with more seats or adding additional theaters.

The official site for this stuff is http://www.cantstopthesignal.com/ but it was not being updated most of the morning. As of 10:55 AM they have finally updated it with a list of theaters and contact info! As of 11:34 AM contact info has been removed from that site, the theaters were complaining about the deluge of calls. :)

I am monitoring Browncoats, FireflyFans.net, Livejournal, Serenity Spoilers, and Whedonesque. (At lot of these sites are crashing right now as fans scramble for tickets, though.) Please let me know if there are other forums I should be checking for updates on screenings.

I am going INSANE trying to buy tickets to the Philly show! Movietickts.com keeps going around in circles, taking me back to the same screen over and over! What am I doing wrong? Is it sold out?? AAAAAHHHHHHHHHHH!!!!!!!

Philly is sold out. I went to the theater to confirm it. (And called before that...and called MovieTickets before that...and tried the website a million times before that.)

Damn... I wait a half an hour for my friends to get back to me and I lose the Vegas Tix. (I'm in LA and it's the closest city). Debating whther I should brave the extra 3 hour drive and go to the sacramento screening...grrr....decisions decisions......

Does "sold out" really mean sold out? Some of the "possibly still available" cities are rumored to be "sold out". However there are other rumors that is just a software glitch, and if it is really sold out it will tell you as soon as you click on the screening time, not at the end of the purchasing process.
