Here's a few off the wall....and some supporting previous ideas.
Forge- Antonio Banderas
Gambit- Denis Quaid (think The Big Easy)
Juggernaut- HHH
Thunderbird- The Rock
Havok- Ryan Reynolds
Banshee- Colm Meaney
Bear in mind that Forge, Gambit and Banshee are the older X-men.

Not sure who HHH is. There are rumors circulating - perhaps they've been confirmed already - that Vinnie Jones ( http://www.imdb.com/name/nm0005068/) has been cast as the Juggernaut for X-Men 3.
He and the director, Matthew Vaughn, are good friends.

HHH is the wrestler Triple H aka Paul Michael Levesque from Blade: Trinity and various WWE/WWF.
