So, on the www.serenitymovie.com website, it seems the tagline for the movie is "You can't stop the signal"

First off, what the heck does that mean, and second of all, couldn't they have made a better name, like "You can't take the skies from me" or "River's revenge" or like "Mine is an evil laugh", or something cool like that?
