I was commissioned by a friend of mine to write a Firefly RPG using d20 as a basis. Here is the second edition:

I have looked over your d20 system for FireFly, It looks good. I personally think that the System for Firefly is D6, found at www.westendgames.com. It is simply skill based system which fit better with the world setting take a look.

I do like what you did with d20 though.

Hey there! I know I'm sometimes doing the virtual equivalent of jumping up and down and saying "look at me!" -- but I just want to make sure that all the roleplaying flans out there know that our official Serenity Roleplaying Game is on the way from Margaret Weis Productions. Quickstart Rules are coming soon, plus the chance to play at the big summer game conventions this year. It's a not a d20 System or OGL game, but I hope you'll give it a try. Thanks!

Because this is a licensed property, there is the usual approval process to go through -- and approval times can vary. So rather than give you an expected date and possibly miss it, we'll just say "coming soon" and give you updates as available.

You did a great job with this! :o) Though I am looking forward to the book coming out, I think this would work great wth my players who are already d20-familiar. I particularly like your layout. It's unfortunate that most d20 products are not laid out the same way. Thanks for the hard work!
