I know everyone in the US should be able to see the trailer infront of Hitchhikers guide to the galaxy, but i fired of an e-mail to VUE cinemas and UGC this morning here in the uk asking if it would be the same here, they both said that there would be NO trailer for Serenity and its not scheduled in any upcoming releases any time soon, lets hope quicktime.com has it up next week after Hitchhikers hits cinemas stateside.

I didn`t think it would be shown with hitchhikers, but still want to see the movie of the book/radio play/tv series

I would think that even if it`s not officially on the `net, there may be someone resourceful & unlawful who will post it (I don`t condone this but I will download it)

I have the ComiCon trailer, but its realy bad quality, need to see it with decent sound etc

There is a version of that with remastered sound but I can`t remember where from.

The actual serenity teaser/raile will be different to that - possibly on the same lines, we`ll have to wait a week to see.

I just hope the ste can hold up to 1000s of people downloading it at the same time

actualy Apple has a pretty good setup on their site, should be pretty quick.

The other thing of note is this ... This could well be a FULL trailer and not a TEASER trailer, which is a good thing

Well I'm seeing Hitchhiker's on May 7 in Australia and I'll be very surprised if it has the Serenity trailer in front of it. Australia never gets trailers for films this far ahead of their release dates. Oh well, I might be in for a big surprise, but I doubt it.

For marketing purposes, I think it would be better if it were a teaser trailer, with a full trailer only one or two months before release.

However, I agree this prolly won't be a teaser, 'cause they usually depend on most of the audience recognizing someone, & we're pretty much the only ones gonna recognize most of the cast. They'd have something for "Written by ", but Joss is a first time movie director.
