The beginning of OMR after Saffron runs off crying. Mal follows commenting something along the lines of someone else not finding it funny.

Inara's expression when Mal walks past shows her feelings for Mal better than any exposition ever could (I think it may be the best display of her feelings on the subject until she breaks down in HoG).

"Strange women lying in ponds distributing swords is no basis for a system of government."

I read "I wish you'd lose your touch with every man but me", but I think your interpretation is better -- that isn't jealousy in Mal's look.

she then turns and walks up the stairs.

There's also a moment around the same scene, just as Inara moves to return to her shuttle. Mal glances up, and for a very brief moment he seems to flail at what to say, as if he wasn't expecting her to leave, and he wants a reason to keep her there. It all happens in the second or so before he says "Don't you want to meet the others?" At least, I see it. Maybe it's just me. ^_^

ooooo I love Kaylee's reaction when she finds out that Mal is married. it's too cute.

and I also love Inara's expression when she passes out and also when she is on the bed not wanting to be examinded later.

OMR rocks.

In "Shindig" when Mal stabs Atherton, as he escalates, and keeps stabbing, watch the Lord behind him. The more Mal stabs, the more shocked he appears. I thought it was subtle and great!

Kaylee: "What's so damn important about being proper? It don't mean nothing out here in the black."
Simon: "It means more out here. It's all I have..."

In The Message, I love that Zoe goes over to try offer comfort/advice to Simon after he strikes out with Kaylee yet again. So telling of just how human her character is becoming after the war, given her treatment of Tracey later on.

One from the blooper reel! Its been stated that Alan Tudyk is the cast member that's probably the most like his character. So, when the pyro guys set off a spark squib too near his ass in the blooper reel, Mr. Tudyk's very real reaction to it is in keeping with how Wash would react. So funny!

I love Inara's expessions in Our Mrs Reynolds!in plarticular, when she discoveres Mal unconcious and then faints and realises that he kissed her...
Her expression when she is propped up on Mal's bunk and she tells Simon she doesn't need to be examined.
and the one at the end, when Mal says she let Saffron kiss her.

I'll second these. Morena is a great actress. She has tons of moments like this. Like when she's trying to back track after she called Mal a petty thief... Cracks me up.

Everytime I watch 'Heart of Gold' and she's on the floor sobbing violently.... breaks my heart.

From "Shindig" - Mal and Jayne's shared amusement over Badger's unintentional double-entendre: "But I got my hands on a couple..." (of *invites*, of course).

Mal's stiltled puckering up to "get it on" with Zoe at the end of "War Stories" - classic!

See, this is another sign of your tragic space dementia, all paranoid and crotchety.
