Alright, so I was looking at some Trek website today when I found this...

Wow. It's sad that the dude would even ask for that, it's even sadder that he's already made $450. Are people really so incapable of forming their own opinions that they would pay to read someone else's?

Oh, and by the way, I want to write Firefly reviews, but I think I need a new sound system and a widescreen TV to maximize my viewing experience. Please send your donations.

That is so very sad. I would never donate to something like that. First off, just because I don't trust people begging for money over the internet. Second, because who cares about reviews for a really old show anyway?

Wait, so... people will pay him to write reviews for a show that they've watched, and formed their own opinions about, and obviously like enough to browse websites devoted to it, and then muster the funds to send to him to... what, re-establish their opinions, because... ?
