While reading a review of Sin City from Creative Loafing, I was struck with ...well, you figure it out.

Quote:

Sin City amounts to little more than a heedless immersion in such a hormone-fueled preoccupations as comic books, femme fatales, fight scenes, big guns, even classic cars and model dinosaurs.

I knew next to nothing about Sin City before I saw the previews, and am still generally clueless per this story. It looks cool and has some big time names in it, so what the hey..I'll go check it out.

There are Big Dinosaurs over looking a sex scene in a chaper that'll be called "Wrong Turn" set in a tar pit.

Not the Wash kind of Dinosaurs.

Spooky - Thanks for the clarification. However, don't you think that if Wash could have large Dinos on board Serenity , he would ? I know I sure would, but then that'd make 'em harder to play with....

Zeek - Can't let that one go w/ out the reply... That's why I never kiss'em on the mouth

I've been reading the graphic novels of Sin City and they are REALLY GOOD. I'm hoping the movie won't ruin it for me...although I'm counting on Britany Murphy to do that. :P

Word is the movie follows the graphic novel panel by panel...

In an etertainment weekly article. Director Rodriguez explained how hard he tried to stay true to the books. I'm thinking of calling in sick to goto the matinee. If only to turn it into an April 1st joke. Ill go sat morning D+D on friday nights. I am such a geek.
Speaking of the dlicious Jessica. We next get to see her in skin tight spandex on fantastic 4 in July. We will also be getting action figures of both Nancy and Sue Storm(invisible girl). Two action figure of her hottness in one year. Not to mention the already existing Dark angel figures out there. Did I mention my geekness.
