Huh...

I didn't even look at it this way before.

This one case could be the end of everything women have gained over the last century plus.

If it is legally deemed that a woman has no control over her hormones to the point that they can murder three of her own children before attempting suicide and have no agency to choose not to do that...

Well then maybe women shouldn't ever hold any position of power in the public or private market.

Maybe women should not be allowed to run for or hold office.

Maybe women shouldn't ever be allowed to have a job where they hold a firearm.

It's one thing to be Kathleen Kennedy and lose a company billions of dollars and destroy some of the most valuable IPs that ever existed.

It's completely another to normalize murdering your own children because you have no control over your hormones.

This may not be hyperbole. Women might actually lose the right to vote after this one.

And much, much more.

That's so stupid.

It's not like men don't go haywire too.

And please remind us all, pray tell, for clarification:
What was the name of the United States male who proclaimed that his responsibility, reason, sense was forfeit due to his hormones, or his childbearing trauma, that he could not be held to account for his actions, his delusions, or his insane votes?

Ah-nold doesn't count.

How accomplished America would be without Carter (the worst President up until then), Clinton (the worst President up until then), Obama (the worst President up until then), or Brandon (the worst President up until then)!!

With 250 years, you should be able to provide a list.

Yup.

That's the difference.

Men go haywire, and they pay a huge price for it. Go directly to jail. Do not pass go. Do not collect $200.

Nobody cares.

Most deaths by firearm in this country are suicides, almost exclusively by men. "Suicides consistently make up the largest percentage of U.S. gun deaths, accounting for roughly 55% to 60% of the total annually (surpassing homicides and accidental deaths). Men account for nearly 90% of firearm suicide victims, with older white men and individuals in rural areas facing the highest risk."

Nobody cares.

There are no male support groups. There used to be men's clubs, but those were all infiltrated by women decades ago. Before I was born, actually. Men, for the most part, used to work only with other men, but those spaces were all invaded by women. Mostly before I was born, but I watched it happen all the way up until I was in the workforce.

Nobody cares.

Women can have their own spaces all they want to. Men are not allowed to do so.

Although the modern Western woman has been the most privileged class of people who ever lived on the face of the planet since the dawn of time, they won't take accountability for anything. Women are never wrong, and on the extremely rare occasion that they admit the wrongdoing, as in this case, they can't be held accountable because they are a victim.

If it is held up in the court of law that a woman cannot be held accountable for THE MOST EVIL ACT ANYONE CAN COMMIT because of their hormones, they cannot trusted to be put in any position of power or authority.

Period.

If I had kids, I wouldn't even drop them off at a school where their teacher was a woman after that vote.

They better vote the right way. Or women are in a lot of trouble.

And if the Democrats want to have a prayer of ever winning the Presidency again, they'd better run a man. Both as President and VP. All negative campaign ads against women candidates will be bringing up events just like this one and asking the voters if they want a hormonal woman to have the nuclear launch codes.

Google can give you that list.

AI is very cooperative: If you would like to explore this topic further, I can provide more details on how competency restoration programs work or the legal differences between being incompetent to stand trial vs. pleading not guilty by reason of insanity. Let me know what you'd find most helpful. The following are several high-profile criminal trials that were halted or delayed because a male defendant was declared incompetent:

• Jared Lee Loughner (2011): Following the January 2011 mass shooting in Tucson, Arizona, which killed six people and wounded 13 others (including U.S. Representative Gabrielle Giffords), Loughner was diagnosed with paranoid schizophrenia. In May 2011, a federal judge officially ruled him "mentally incompetent to stand trial, "halting the criminal proceedings. After more than a year of court-ordered psychological treatment and forced medication, a judge ruled in August 2012 that his competency had been restored, allowing him to ultimately plead guilty.

• Brian David Mitchell (2005): Mitchell was charged with the 2002 kidnapping and sexual assault of 14-year-old Elizabeth Smart. The trial was stalled for years after a state court judge ruled in 2005 that Mitchell suffered from a severe delusional disorder, rendering him unfit to stand trial. Federal prosecutors eventually stepped in, arguing he was feigning illness to evade prosecution. A federal judge ultimately deemed him competent in 2010, and he was convicted later that year.

• Ahmad Al Aliwi Alissa (2021-2023): Alissa was charged with more than 100 criminal counts, including 10 counts of first-degree murder, following a March 2021 mass shooting at a King Soopers grocery store in Boulder, Colorado. In December 2021, the trial was entirely halted after evaluations from several doctors determined Alissa was suffering from severe schizophrenia and was incompetent to proceed. He spent nearly two years at a state mental hospital before doctors successfully restored his competency using court-ordered medication, allowing the trial to finally move forward in late 2023.

• Raymond Edwards (2000): In a case that ultimately went to the U.S. Supreme Court {Indiana v. Edwards), Edwards was charged with attempted murder and battery following a 1999 shooting in Indianapolis. In August 2000, two psychiatrists diagnosed him with schizophrenia, prompting the trial court to declare him incompetent and halt the trial. Over the next four years, Edwards' competency fluctuated significantly—he was declared competent in 2001, incompetent again in 2003, and finally competent to proceed to trial in 2004.

You bring up only 4 "high profile cases" provided to you by AI which has the ability to look up everything in history on the issue for it, and it looks like all those trials moved forward, dipshit.

Try again, Shit Golem.

Pray tell, which US President bore a child?

People, male and female, go haywire for all kinds of biological and experiential reasons. PTSD. Schizophrenia. Bipolar disorder. Profound depression. Adrenal tumors. Asrenal supression. Childbirth. Brain damage.

To say that all men are mass murderers bc most mass murderers are men is just as stupid. People have to be evaluated individually for fitness for their role, whether it's motherhood or President.

We've been watching Monkey Life. It's a long -running series about a primate rescue center in Britain, covering at least 3 decades of the hundreds of chimps, orangs, gibbons, macaques, tamarins etc in their care. They try, to the best of their ability, provide the most naturalistic and healthy life for their primates, with big outdoor enclosures so it's not like they're all stuck in cages bored and stressed out of their minds.

The primate rescue facility has active breeding programs for some endangered species, and a few birth control failures along the way.

THERE HAVE BEEN MORE THAN A FEW INCIDENTS OF NEW MOMS REJECTING THEIR NEWBORNS, AND TWO OF POSTPARTUM MOMS ATTACKING THEIR NEWBORNS (AND IN ONE CASE, KILLING IT).

It's a real thing. Some of the females have NEVER made good moms, and reject or attack each new birth. Some make EXCELLENT moms, and will even adopt babies who've been rejected.

Nature isn't perfect. We are all, each of us individually, only more or less fitted for our roles in society.

We just had reports of another mother murdering her kid. There are now copycat murders happening in solidarity with Lindsay.

You're missing the point here, Sigs.

If there is legal precedent set that women cannot be held accountable for THE MOST EVIL ACT ONE HUMAN CAN DO TO ANOTHER because they are slaves to their hormones, that's it for women's rights. It's over.
