when there was some pressure with Bush senior and Clinton, Iraq and a no fly zone, there were lots and lots of Troops on the ground with Bush junior, ground forces in Iraq and Afghanistan more pressure could have been used, years upon years, decades later Afghanistan falls to the Taliban there are still some bases in the Middle East...with Afghanistan gone that ground pressure vanished
Palestinian terrorists attack Israel so Israel goes overkill on Gaza, strikes expand to Lebanon, Syria, Yemen wants to get involved, in 2024 the Iran–Israel proxy conflict escalated to a series of direct confrontations between the two countries Israel bombed an Iranian consulate complex in Damascus, Syria, killing multiple senior Iranian officials....Israel says 99% of drones and missiles launched by Iran were intercepted...Biden mostly ignored this continued sleeping, maybe he phoned Jordan to give support but he gave the Middle East zero respect.
However Trump wins 2024 vs Kamala and its a new President January
and then suddenly Israel and Iran take shots at each other 2025 United States joins in to bail Israelis out and lands strikes on Iranian nuclear sites
if Trump had walked away at this moment and did not get suckered into a new war, he could have been a good President but its all heading to failure now
somehow they get into government and Trump has become an Israeli puppet
