Ice Cube isn't a bad actor. He's no Tom Cruise, but I could probably name 100 worse actors and actresses off the top of my head.
That movie just.... Man... It just shouldn't have been made.
I think the premise was actually pretty good and probably looked good on paper. It was certainly different than any other WotW movie that had been made before it, which is a nice change of pace in an industry that seems completely creatively bankrupt. The execution was just terrible though.
