Apparently the database lost G's index, and all his posts ... not just the content but his avatar, signature, and even any thread he might have started ... disappeared as if he never was.

There were an awful lot of conspiracy theories floating around. That somebody inimical managed to hack the database. That somebody had an "in" with Haken. That somebody had threatened Haken. I didn't pay much attention bc the fact is, it was the kind of thorough error that only a computer can make. And in any case G established another login as CAPTAINCRUNCH, and his POV stayed the same. So if you read any CAPTAINCRUNCH you'll know what G posted like.
