Trump thinks he can use "The first Section 122 of the Trade Act of 1974. That law allows the president to levy tariffs of up to 15 percent on any country for up to 150 days." Can Trump do this was addressed or implied in the Supreme Court ruling. And remember, he has had these current tariffs for that long now.
The guy in the video is the one who beat Trump with the Supreme Court. He is the one who will continue to block Trump. And while this point plays out in the courts, we will constantly be reminded of expected rebates to businesses and taxpayers, along with foreign governments now pushing back on Trump to lower their tariffs.
It will keep the fact that Trump's tariffs are taxes on Americans front and center as things get worse. This is not why he was elected. And just as you think his poll numbers can't get worse, they do.

It was a federal judge, one Judge Richard Eaton, appointed by Bill Clinton who made this ruling today.
It will go before SCOTUS and be thrown out. There is zero chance that any tariff money collected will go back to the corporations who would be double dipping at that point.
