Well, after a quick look at IMDB, they all have last names mentioned, 'cept Zoe and Wash...and Book. I'm going to assume that's his last name.

Have you been to "Whoa. Good Myth" the Firefly fanfic resources site? It has a wonderful glossary, transcritps, and all sorts of goodies.

I'm working on compiling a list of places, planets, and people as well, just for reference--soon as I have a complete list, I'll be sure and post! But here's what I have thus far:

more than 70 little Earths

Hera - The battle of Serenity Valley took place on Hera
Boros - crawling with Alliance
Ariel - quite a nice place, actually. There are some beautiful museums, not to mention some of the finest restaurants in the Core. Hiking. And you can go swimming in a bioluminescent lake. St. Lucy's Hospital
Persephone (Eavesdown Docks Southdown Abbey)
Osiris - Simon was a trauma surgeon in a hospital in the Capital City
Sihnon - Inara was born there. Isn't that different from Persephone. More crowded, obviously, more complicated. The great city itself is... pictures can't capture it. It's like an ocean of light.

Beaumonde - has factories and some ranches. 5 days from Triumph

Have you seen our Firefly reference database on here at FIREFLYFANS.NET, both Talrius and Kyobonitsuki did a really good job at getting it as complete as possible.

If you want a copy of the glossary just e-mail me I would be happy to supply one to you. I just updated it with Heart of Gold entries. I compared spelling and things with the transcripts from Whoa. Good Myth when I was compiling it. That's where the mistake with Crow's name came from. Don't worry it's fixed now. Any way it would save you time if you want to. This offer extends to anyone else interested too.
