The Satanic panic is not just a 'Conspiracy' but a real thing, a violent extremist group called ‘764’ involved in sextortion network of threat actors adjacent to the Order of Nine Angles (O9A) the group Order of Nine Angles is secret religious movement which combines elements of occultism, satanism and more recently neo-Nazi ideology the group originated in the Satanic movements Britain in the 1970s. In October 2024, a 14-year-old boy known as "Slain", who was a member of 764 and ran an offshoot named "No Lives Matter" (NLM), was arrested after livestreaming eight attacks and three stabbings in Hässelby, Sweden.
The ideology of No Lives Matter (NLM) can be described as nihilistic, accelerationist, and terrorist. NLM promotes murder, mass murder, and other criminal acts, encouraging members to engage in self-harm and animal abuse. The group's goal is to abolish all societal standards.
The "Momo Challenge" is an internet hoax and urban legend that was rumoured to spread through social media and other outlets as a creepypasta. It was reported that children and adolescents were being harassed by a user named Momo to perform a series of dangerous tasks including violent attacks, self-harm, harming others, and suicide. Despite claims that the phenomenon had reached worldwide proportions in July 2018, the number of actual complaints were relatively small and many law enforcement agencies have not been able to confirm that anyone was harmed as a direct result of it.
Blue Whale Challenge , also known simply as the Blue Whale, is a social network phenomenon, first appeared in Russia in 2013, that is claimed to exist in several countries. It is a "game" reportedly consisting of a series of tasks assigned to players by administrators over a 50-day period, initially innocuous before introducing elements of self-harm and the final challenge requiring the player to commit suicide.
"Blue Whale Challenge" first attracted news coverage in May 2016 in an article in the Russian newspaper Novaya Gazeta that linked many unrelated child suicides to membership of group "F57" on the Russian-based VK social network
In October 2024, New South Wales Police announced the arrest of a 28-year-old man and a 14-year-old boy known in Western Australia in connection with the network.
In December 2024, a 20-year-old alleged 764 member from Tucson, Arizona, United States, was arrested.
In January 2025, a school shooting occurred at Antioch High School in the Antioch neighborhood of Nashville, Tennessee, United States. 17-year-old student Solomon Henderson opened fire inside the school's cafeteria, killing one student and injuring another student before he committed suicide. The Antioch school shooter, Solomon Henderson, made references to 764 and similar groups in social media posts before the attack.
NLM is closely associated with peripheral online communities such as Maniac Murder Cult (MKU), "Sadistic Maniacs Cult", "Satanic Front", and 764. In July 2024, NLM referred to a collaboration with the Mordwaffen Division, a European neo-Nazi group.
According to the Institute for Strategic Dialogue, NLM and the "True Crime Community" have been linked to at least nine school shooting plots.
The Maniac Murder Cult is an accelerationist group affiliated with the ONA/764 founded in Dnipro by Egor Krasnov when he was 16 years old, active in Russia and Ukraine. Krasnov allegedly splintered from another far right group along with 15 other members after they were expelled for committing extreme violent acts.According to MKU's own texts, the group adheres to "nihilistic national socialism" and ONA Satanism.
