Another clickbait lie from Ted's Cyclops above. Here's the truth:

The aggregate has Trump at 45.2%, with a -7.2 point spread.

https://www.realclearpolling.com/polls/approval/donald-trump/approval-
rating

Joe Biden* had a 45.3% approval on 9/28/2021, with a -4.7 point spread.

https://www.realclearpolling.com/polls/approval/joe-biden/approval-rat
ing

Joe Biden* was right in the middle of his last upswing of his entire Presidency. On October 11th, Joe* will be at -9.5 points. There will only be 3 more points in time where Joe Biden* had a spread better than -7.0 during his single term, with the vast majority of the rest of his term being in the double-digit negative.

ETA: Just to note, historically, anyone ending their 1st term with 45% approval on the aggregate almost certainly gets reelected in the next Presidential election. It's only a little harder for them to win the Presidential election at 45% when they have to run somebody else because it was the end of the 2nd term.

Data expert explains why Trump’s approval numbers are even more 'horrible' than you think

Recent polls show Trump's approval rating at 39 percent (the Associated Press), 40 percent (Gallup), 41 percent (Reuters) or 38 percent (Quinnipiac).

Fuck your so-called "data expert", Ted. They're either stupid, they're lying to you, or they don't exist in the first place.

TL;DR = Trump's Approval rating today is one tenth of a point higher than Joe Biden*'s was 4 years ago today.

The aggregate has him at 45.4% today, with a -7.2 point spread.

https://www.realclearpolling.com/polls/approval/donald-trump/approval-
rating

Joe Biden* had a 45.3% approval on 9/30/2021, with a -4.7 point spread. Joe Biden*'s upswing peaks and ends on October 5th and it's all downhill from there.

9/29/2024 was a Sunday, so I took the 30th because it makes Joe* look better than the 28th did. Even with the better Monday number for Joe, Trump is ahead of where Joe Biden* was at this point in his presidency. We will be having fun looking at these approval ratings late next week.

https://www.realclearpolling.com/polls/approval/joe-biden/approval-rat
ing

Joe Biden* was right in the middle of his last large upswing of his entire Presidency, which ends on October 5th. On October 11th, Joe* will be at -9.5 points. There will only be 3 more points in time where Joe Biden* had a spread better than -7.0 during his single term, with the vast majority of the rest of his term being in the double-digit negative.

BTW... Trump's approval is already better than Joe's was today. So unless Trump slides into oblivion over the next 2 weeks, his approval numbers are going to smash Joe Biden*'s going forward as of October 11th and beyond.

ETA: Just to note, historically, anyone ending their 1st term with 45% approval on the aggregate almost certainly gets reelected in the next Presidential election. It's only a little harder for them to win the Presidential election at 45% when they have to run somebody else because it was the end of the 2nd term.

You forgot the part where every election taking place tonight is in DEEP, deep Blue territory.

Of course they are, Theodore. Nobody ever made any claims here that tonight was going to go any other way.

Looks like your party is going Communist, Ted. At least in New York.

How you feeling about that?

Which one of those four boroughs are not going to feel any negative effects of their votes today?

HINT: There ain't any poor people living in it.

New York City is now the Walking Dead.

A Pyrrhic victory...

If there is a God, help them.
