About a month ago, Test results were released for school performance standards. This is the first set following Act 20 in WI, which was Gov (and former Superintendent of Public Schools) Evers plan to create even more failed schools than he has ever before.
The Green Bay Area Public Schools is extremely Libtard and Woketard, coinciding with Green Bay being a Sanctuary City. Families have been fleeing the city and the school district. Enrollment is half of capacity, and they are trying to jettison all of the functioning schools so they can retain all of the failing schools.
The neighboring municipalities with separate School Districts have overflowing schools, expanding schools, new school projects, exploding subdivisions and new home building everywhere they can wedge a yard in. Plus apartment complexes, condo projects, sprouting up all over the place, and road expansions. Like Ashwaubenon, DePere, West DePere, Howard-Suamico, Hobart, Ledgeview, etc. Some more building in places not in GB but still stuck in GBAPS like huge home neighborhoods (no homes with less than 3 garage doors) where the kids go to private schools. Like Bellevue, Allouez.
So the news portrayed great results from the testing. Buried in the article were actual figures.
Most of the are districts had gains, improvements in test results. A few percent, with the highest gain of over 4% in Howard-Suamico. Except the only drop was - you guessed it - Green Bay (successfully continuing it's failure).
Then they tried to put the best spin on the actual figures. Most of the schools in the area are at about 50%. That means about HALF of the students are testing at the level of standard for the grade they are in.
Meaning about HALF are FAILING to perform at the MINIMUM Standard of proficiency. What exciting news.
Except.
Not GBAPS. GBAPS continues to perform at about 36% of the standard.
Meaning more than 63% of their students are FAILING to perform at the MINIMUM Standard of proficiency.
Thrilling news.
I am sure Evers is thrilled at accomplishing such monumental levels of failure. He has dedicated his whole life to creating this failure.
