The International Emergency Economic Powers Act does not authorize tariffs like the ones Trump used the law for earlier this year, the Federal Circuit said in an unsigned opinion upholding a lower-court ruling against Trump’s tariffs.
The judges noted that Trump’s unprecedented tariffs are an overstep of his power because the ability to impose taxes, including tariffs, is “a core Congressional power” that the Constitution grants to the legislative branch.
The tariffs remain in place for now, after the court delayed implementation of its order until October. That gives the Trump administration time to file an appeal with the Supreme Court.
First of all, none of these pussy activist judges even had the balls enough to sign it and put their names on it.
Second, they know it's going right to the Supreme Court where you'll be shut down again, so they didn't even try to stop the tariffs from being implemented.

As we've already discussed yesterday, this ruling was meaningless and is set to be overturned by SCOTUS.
The activist judges didn't stop him from doing the tariffs because they know this, and none of them have the balls to even put their name on it.

Trump is trying to set up a national police force consisting of the Guard and even active-duty troops. He is also eliminating voting districts in red states to steal the election or pull off a coup. This ruling helps prevent that.
