I've largely tuned out of almost everything political in video form these days, and I'm going back to some creators that I watched years ago and new ones that I've found along the way.
Some of my favorite channels now...
Qxir
http://www.youtube.com/@Qxir
In particular, his "Tales from the Bottle" series.
Huggbees
http://www.youtube.com/@Huggbees
Anything he does on Comics is priceless. Pretty much any video he's put out in the last 2 or 3 years were all good. I'd probably skip his earlier stuff though, like his "How it's made" series. I can see how some would enjoy that, and I do find some of it funny, but I think it drags on too long with too much time between good jokes to work most of the time.
Papa Meat
http://www.youtube.com/@PapaMeat
A whole variety of different topics, and he's added quite a few side characters over the years both 2D animated and with practical effects. His comedy ain't going to be for everyone, but if it's for you, you're going to laugh a lot.
I did a thing
http://www.youtube.com/@Ididathing
I think this Australian guy is secretly trying to kill himself, but in the most Wile E. Coyote way imaginable. His latest video was modifying a Virtual Reality headset so that it would kill you in real life if you die in the game. The first video I saw from him, he modified a ceiling fans blades to be machetes while also increasing the power and speed. Then he threw things at it.
Code Bullet
http://www.youtube.com/@CodeBullet
Another guy from Australia who made an appearance on I did a thing's latest video to do the coding necessary to make the Virtual Reality headset know when you died in game so it could shoot nails into your head in real life. I've been watching this guy half-ass his way through coding A.I. to do crazy stuff for years. It was cool to see them collaborate together like that.
And one story in particular I'll just post the video to since I haven't watched anything else from this channel yet (Channel name: Surkee). Hard for me to recommend a channel that does Creepypasta reads, just because so many of them are not good stories, and there are so many channels that read them today that they've all gotten desperate and have scraped the bottom of the barrel by now.
This one was really good though...

Originally, I watched Papa Meat and his buddy Issah on their channel CreepCast read this story, but I can't really recommend them. I find them entertaining for background noise while doing other things, but they interrupt the story telling all the time and banter in between and if that's not your thing it will get annoying for you very quickly.
This Creepypasta was great. The "sequel" follow up was okay, and you can find it easy enough, but I don't recommend it like I do the original story. I found another channel who not only read it, but appears to have used a video game tool to animate it as well. At least I don't believe it was A.I. since it was done over 2 years ago and I don't believe people were making 20 minute long A.I. videos back then.
This is a story about a pharmeceutical drug test that goes horribly, horribly wrong. And that was before the guy decided taking Ambien to try and get some sleep was a good idea...
