the good thing about Firefly while the Reavers were 'Savages' it didnt really demonize anyone, it did not single out a culture or ethnic group, it wasn't really forcing a political message and it did not overly mock any peoples or cultures, you would take what you wished from Firefly and Serenity
I'm sure if you go back with a fine-toothed comb and really study Firefly it's probably all in there somewhere, to some degree. But that was back in a day when we had excellent writers that were able to be subversive that were weren't spending every second literally beating you over the head with their message and letting the audience know just how much they are hated every chance they got. (And boy, did they get a lot of those over the last 12 years, and particularly since the summer of 2020).
We're done with that shit. If you refuse to learn your lesson and continue to put out woke trash, don't expect to be employed by the end of 2025.
Period.
