Anybody who's walked into a CVS regularly over the last 2 years knows that there are less than half of the employees behind the pharmacy desk now than there were a year ago.
Anybody who has an ounce of charisma and knows the people who work there by name also knows that they're all stressed the fuck out and they don't have enough employees back there anymore to cover when somebody calls in sick or goes on vacation.
And good luck calling in to get any assistance anymore. Where somebody was always available to answer the phone when you called just a year ago, you now have to leave a message and hope they get back to you by the end of the day.
