I've seen Second post some novels before, but I'm pretty sure that's a record length for fff.net.
Hell... despite all the flaws and jank that this ancient website possesses, I think it's pretty impressive it allows and displays that much text in a single post. I've been a part of many much more modern websites that would never let me post that without breaking it up into at least 3 or 4 posts.
In any event, that looks to be about as fun a read as my leaf-blower extension kit instructions were today, and would appear to be about 20 years greater than Ted's current reading capability.
But I do have to give him kudos here for trying something different.
I think it may be overcompensating just a tad, but that post was certainly a far cry from the usual headline and/or political cartoon and/or clickbait trash video post out of him.
Couldn't tell you exactly what this change in behavior indicates in an experimental context, but I do find it quite fascinating.
I would like to maintain a positive outlook on this and view it as an indication that Ted is evolving and trying out new and possibly more efficient and even one day more influential ways of communicating with others.
It will be interesting to see how this plays out.

Another thing that occurs to me is that we're presented with one of the longest lists of all the lists that have ever listed in the history of lists to show you all the great things that the wise Joe Biden* managed to accomplish in his 4 long years and then you look around you and everything is shit.
I mean... okay. Nice list. Big list. Important looking list.
Very impressive work. The list making skills put on display here are impeccable.

But when journalists try to make sense of the nonsensical, rational out of the irrational, and coherence out of the incoherence, they affirmatively do the public interest great harm."
Political scientist and scholar Norman Ornstein agreed with Conway, saying, "Normalizing the abnormal is sadly normal for so much of the mainstream press."
"The NYT has done some terrific reporting and had some great opeds on Trump. But this framing, all too typical, is deeply dangerous," the scholar wrote on social media. "Imagine if Biden had given this kind of speech how they would’ve handled it. The double standard is journalistic malpractice."

And if Biden had made this speech the press would have destroyed him in an attempt to seem to be fair and balanced. You jumped on Biden for showing his age but silence when Trump repeatedly, daily, shows he is not up to the job. That exposes you as having zero credibility.
