Unless Trump messes life up for everybody, which Democrats are praying for, I don't see how they possibly could.
Democrats can't break 30% approval on a CNN poll.
Even in the event of a massive societal shift in the next 2 or 4 years, the Senate map looks virtually impossible for Democrats for the next 2 decades straight and they're not likely to ever have control of the senate again until the mid 2040s. Maybe never again in my lifetime.
Wisconsin voters just passed a new law requiring voter ID in Wisconsin, so Democrats will never win Wisconsin again, and they've lost one of the few "swing" states left (didn't look like we had any swing states in the last election).
