Trump was charged with 34 counts of falsification of business records in the first degree, which is a felony in New York.

Yeah. We both have Google too, Ted-Bot.

Trump will be fine.
He will also be your next President.

Nobody is.

Ted-Bot sure as hell couldn't tell you.

It will all be overturned on appeal. Just a bunch of noise is all.

I'm not sure if this was a rhetorical comment, or not.
Technically, 6ix is correct, all 4 statements.

Have you ever paid a bill, an invoice, with a check?

First, writing a check is the first misdemeanor count, under New York Law.
Second, recording in the checkbook ledger the date, check number, payee, and amount is the second misdemeanor.
Third, notating on the Invoice the same data, is the third misdemeanor.

For 11 months, the monthly Invoices (bills) were paid by check - not by Trump, but by some nameless flunky or accountant in Trump's business. This is 33 of the counts, all misdemeanors. According to the Prosecutor, and the Family Court Judge from Columbia.
Also, IIRC, all 33 of these are far past the Statute of Limitations.

Now, under New York Law, these 33 misdemeanors can be elevated to Felonies, but only if there is an underlying Felony.

Trump has never been charged with any Felony.
The Prosecutor and Judge, working in Collusion, claim that there must be some Felony, they think there is, they suspect there is, they imply there is, they hope there is, they imagine there is. But they cannot identify any, they cannot specify any, they have no evidence of any, they could not charge any Felony.
So, without being charged with a crime, Trump's Defense could not defend against any charge which was never charged.

So, without any Felony charged, Trump was convicted of 33 misdemeanors, all of which were beyond the Statute of Limitations.

The Prosecutor does not know what crime Trump is Guilty of.
The Judge does not know what crime Trump is Guilty of.
The entire panel of Jurors could not agree on any crime that Trump was Guilty of - and they were given extremely wide latitude to search for one.
So, nobody knows what Trump is Guilty of.

Meanwhile, rampant murders went unchecked, unfettered, uncharged throughout NYC.

I don't know about rhetorical, but it SHOULD go without saying.

How many times have you heard Ted say that Trump was convicted of rape when that's not at all true? Most people are idiots and this is all way above their heads. Much easier just to watch the nice news person tell me what is true than to use my own brain and think for myself.

Why are you posting videos from the world you are no longer living in?

Nobody gives one single fuck, Ted.

That didn't work for the election, and it sure as fuck doesn't mean anything today.
