Never a wrong time to make it so no American sees darkness until after 5PM every day of the year.
Everybody else can figure it out. They can use AI to figure out what time it is in Chicago if that's part of their job and they're too stupid to do the math themselves.
India shouldn't have a problem with it. They've got 1 Billion engineers that shit in the streets every day.
