I myself am partial to Dynearis (sp?). She has had a great love story, she is not giving up, and I suspect people say she's a dull actress (Emilia Clarke), but I see that she's subtle and tough as nails.
(I must qualify this post with the fact that I have not seen season 3 yet. I just recently devoured 1 and 2.)
Plus she gots her some dragons AND she got to get cozy with Jason Momoa.

I quit on the second book and never went back, I watched some of the tv show maybe a season and a half and was briefly kind of impressed by the production but something rubbed me the wrong way about the show, the actors were fine but I'm not a big fan of GoT it was like LOTR but wrote by a fat sicko degenerate.
