Sexual assault is a criminal conviction. You are referring to a Civil suit.
The judge in question is another Liberal activist judge, just like the ones that presided all of the court cases that Trump has already had overturned in appeals. Trump will not pay Carroll a dime when the appeal takes place.

Get ready. The elections over Tuesday and if we don't have it confirmed that Kamala won that night, we'll know it in a day or two. Then Trumps problems in the courts will take center stage in the world of Trump.
