And there was no hatchet job. She was actually asked questions for the first time in her campaign and the interviewer didn't let her get away with telling everyone she was born in a middle-class neighborhood for as answer to every question.

B) Investors are already investing elsewhere, and have been for decades. How else do you think China got such a jump start on industrialization? How else do you think China lifted 800,000,000 out of poverty? (Meanwhile, most of us are getting poorer and poorer.)
India, Vietnam, Malaysia, Thailand, Cambodia... Wikipedia even shows Russia growjng faster than we are.
