Hillary lost Pennsylvania by 0.7 points, or a difference of -7.3 points from what polls on 9/21/2016 were showing.
Joe Biden only won Pennsylvania by +1.2, or -2.7 points from what polls on 9/21/2020 were showing.
Kamala Harris is currently up 0.7 in the Pennsylvania aggregate.
Democrats are always oversampled. She loses Pennsylvania by 2 to 6.5 points if the election were held tomorrow.
