I Think this is teh byfar the best finnally joss ever made... but the one thing i was disapointed about is WHY COULDNT WE SEE THEM FIGHT! lol i know it would have not been in josses ussual ideas and stuff, and maybe not as good if they did show it, but you all have to admit it would have been awesome to see them fight all them demons.

They'd never have been able to pull off a fight that size on a TV budget. Joss's way is far more in keeping with the tone of the series anyway.

I thought that was the perfect ending actually. Left it with Angel still fighting. Just as it should be.

Also because I think that was as far as the show could have gone without more big events occur that we'd never get closure on. I personally think that Angel was about to be rescued one way or another.

I really liked the ending too, especially considering how little time ME had to wrap up the series. I also think were seconds away from seeing a LOT of help coming Angel's way. Could have been Willow with a lot of witches and Riley and some rogue Initiative friends and Buffy and a large army of Slayers. Maybe someday we'll find out. I don't think the first story in the new Angel comic book is going to say anything about the outcome and it wouldn't be canon anyway.

I agree wif both of u it was the greatest joss ending of all time, BUT like i said before it would be an awesome fight to see dont ya think?

I especially loved the exchange at the end between Spike and Angel that ended with Angel's great dragon line.
