I recall Saturday, 20 June - the last full day of Spring, and the latest sunset for this year.
And the Solstice, about 3:30ish on Sunday this year.
Then Monday, 22nd, first full day of summer.
Then about a wee delay before the heat really started baking.
But nobody mentioned Juneteenth, nobody commented, nobody noticed. Maybe all of the Slaves no longer appreciate Republicans setting them free.
