Getting away from Japanese Culture-Shock which causes Japan to vomit or go mentally ill, Paris syndrome the 'Pari-Shokogun' a cluster of psychiatric symptoms exhibited by some individuals when visiting Paris, that can be viewed as a severe form of culture shock some have to be sent home straight away some have to go to hospital.... the BBC reported in 2006 that the Japanese embassy in Paris had a "24-hour hotline for those suffering from severe "culture shock"
France runs the election again a second time, telling them they should change their minds after voting for such frightening scary people, asking them if they would like to change their vote

This is where we see the FRENCH deep state in action. Both the Macronsists and the French "left" are conspiring to block National Rally from getting a Parliamentary majority using the same kind of scare tactics as the USA deep state against protest candidates (Bernie Sanders, Tulsi Gabbard, Trump) and in Britain against Brexit.
The one thing these "deep state" parties have in common, whether they're called "leftists" or "centrists", is their deep desire to torpedo whatever nation state they hapen to be in.
