Well... eventually that's the way that things go. Women hate it when they find out "Equality" means that everything and everyone is equal and they don't get special treatment.

I remember when a buddy of mine got a divorce after his wife left him for some other dude and called him from the dude's house to let him know that it was over. There was no kids in the situation and they were both working. He wasn't doing badly for himself, but she was an accountant and was making bank. She threw a fucking fit when she realized how much money she was about to lose.

It was the first time I personally knew a man involved in a divorce that made out like a bandit on the deal and even though I'd never met his wife I got a lot of enjoyment via schadenfreude on that one.

Especially since she didn't see it coming as she made that call to let him know about the divorce, probably after just getting railed by the other dude while they were making their new plans with what they were going to do with all that money.



But all he ever talked about was finding somebody else because he wanted to be married and have a family. Last update I'd heard from him, he got married to a new woman who had 3 daughters. He sure got his new family, and the poor chap was drowning in estrogen. We kind of lost touch after that. I hope the 2nd time went better for him. He sure married into a ton of work the 2nd time around. He's probably in the middle of paying for 3 girl's college educations that were some other dude's responsibility. Love makes you do dumb things.
