Sheesh ... What are they teaching them in the Israeli military nowadays, anyway ? What I learned was you ALWAYS point the muzzle at the ground, and if you're not pointing it there, you aim-and-shoot. You never, EVER aim a gun anywhere but at the ground without shooting.

You're absolutely right, the reflection off his finger nail makes it hard to see detail. That would be highly unusual for a military guy to have his finger on the trigger and not be pulling it.
