The Third World countries were defined as collapsed, are often described as developing nations with diverse challenges, many different economic, social, and political conditions.
Second World were the old USSR style Countries with Socialism or aligned with the Eastern Bloc the Warsaw Pact, they had Satellites in space but many other freedom issues and challenges led by the Soviet Union
1st World was the USA
So I would argue incorrect maybe, still 1st World-ish but some parts of big cities might seem like 2nd world or over run by crime and drugs
