He repeats this several timrs thru the video. Didn't you even listen to it?
A) Any laser weapon needs to rely on computerized, radar guided targeting. It's not "point and shoot". That would be like you trying to shoot down a bullet with a bullet. By hand.
B) Hypersonic missiles are surrounded by superheated plasma. That cloud of superheated charged particles absorbs radar. By the time you know it's there, it's too late
C) Do you really think that any missiles that's operating at 15,000C would be bothered by a laser?
D) And that assumes they're coming one at a time. Any serious attack would involve a volley of missiles and decoys, son.
If Russia decided to missile strike anywhere in the European theater, and that includes Britain, there wouldn't be anything the UK or any EU nation could do about it. Not even enough time to kiss your ass goodbye.
The fact that they're telling themselves these stories, and that you're believing it, is just way of avoiding ugly, scary reality.

Israel and allied defenses intercepted more than 300 Iranian missiles and drones. Israel’s military said Sunday that “99%” of projectiles fired by Iran were intercepted by Israel and its partners, with only “a small number” of ballistic missiles reaching Israel. We're talking about two.
Now, Iran uses Russian air defenses and Ukraine is having little to no problems taking them out. Much the same way Israel just did. Russia's S300, 400 and 500 missile systems. Slipped right by them they did.
Just so you know, we have far more powerful and advanced lasers than Britain. And Russian missiles are no match for America's Patriot missile system. Even though Ukraine only has our outdate systems.
I also hear if Putin starts to overrun Ukraine France will send troops.
