Another Thread That Refuses To Die!

I was wandering around the local hypermarket at two this morning singing the theme song, when I realized that three other voices on aisles to either side of me had picked it up and were singing or humming along with me!

One of them turned out to be my daughter, so maybe that doesn't count. But I didn't go there with her, so I think it should count!

Columbus, Ohio - not exactly a core city but we like it that way.

Saw the movie Million Dollar Baby yesterday - at one point there was a hospital scene - the name on the sign out front of the Hospital read, "Serenity Glen."

Also the "Firefly - American Bistro" is right across the street from one of my friends apartments. Every time I go to see her I notice it.

Well, a couple of minor moments:

I took our "into the black" cat Bella Luna to the vet recently for vaccines. Her vet exclaimed: "She's so shiney!".

My husband (quite deliberately with a fellow FFF smile) bought a bottle of not half bad white wine from north Cali. called "Firefly' recently; dang them for not having a URL. I tried to Google them up but only found an Aussie wine co. with a "Firefly" label. http://www.fireflywine.com/.

One of my seven year old son's favorite songs is the Firefly theme. It's so cool to hear him sing: "You can't take the sky from me..."

In Madison WI, there is a Chinese restaurant named Firefly. I haven't eaten there yet. I think I will this weekend. I'll let you know if the food is good.
