Bruce had mentioned that he knew Barbie make $1.1M on Wednesday, but he didn't post it in the Box office figures. And then Thursday was $21.2M. I don't know what his rules are. dude.
Today, Monday, my largest local theater (had barbie at 7pm last Wed, alongside Mummies) has 21 showings of Barbie, 9 of Oppy, 7 DR, and 4 of SoF.
Tomorrow, Tuesday is listed for 28 of Barbie, 10 Oppy, 6 DR, and 5 SoF - most starting about 10 or 11 am.
So thisis the Greta Gerwig Divorce movie?
As mentioned in videos, it was a Coup for the PR Dept to hide how bad the film was, and just trick folks into going to it.
I had gotten the impression it was sort of a remake of Clueless, and Robbie was able to pull off the vapid and vacant hollow plastic head persona - does that qualify as acting?
But it sounds like the true feat is a Tour De Force from Ryan Gosling. Maybe if somebody put together a short film or video, just clips of Ryan's Ken segments, it might actually be worth watching.
