Russian forces are in the process of creating a nuclear meltdown according to Ukrainian intelligence, with the plan currently underway. The effects of the Nuclear powerplant going into a meltdown would be catastrophic, Ukraine is already preparing for the subsequent fallout from the decision being made. Ukrainian forces are also continuing to push forward and reclaim their territory across all areas.

At that point, your skepticism should have kicked in. Apparently you haven't been keeping track of Kiev's record on honesty, either. Of course he did. There is little sense behind pretending any longer they have Russia's back. Not after they've seen Putin can't even control his own. The diplomat knows China is going to reclaim Siberia. Hell, they have already said as much. So, backing Putins' annexing another countries land won't fly. They want others to agree Siberia was annexed from them. Giving them full rights to take it back.
