It took a while to find but here is the original video. Patriot missiles are being fired off so quickly (from at least two locations) it looks like a grand finale of a fireworks show. You have to wait a bit to catch the on-the-ground explosion. Some people saw two, I only saw one.

It is not even clear that the Battle of Bakhmut is yet over. Ukrainian forces have been conducting local counterattacks on Bakhmut’s flanks, having regained the initiative following Wagner’s culmination.[64]

ETA: And with all of the potential sources I linked for you, why are you still going to bullshit websites? Yanno, there are thoughtful analysts and reporters out there. They don't always get it right, but at least they're not 90% propaganda 100% of the time.

On the other hand, if Putin stopped coming to work, the war is over. Whoever replaces Putin has zero reasons to continue Putin's pet project of annihilating Ukraine. Russia's existence is not threatened by ending the Ukraine War just like the US's existence was not threatened by abruptly ending the Afghanistan War. Putin said this war is existential, but Putin is lying to justify his "special military operation" (Russians don't say war or they go to jail).
